Denika is a Consultant at Dartmouth, specialising in Early Careers attraction and recruitment, with a personal passion for supporting diverse young people into fulfilling future careers. With over four years of experience in the Early Careers world, Denika is committed to providing top-class consultancy to a host of clients and forging future careers for the brightest diverse minds. From innovating Apprenticeship attraction methods to leading top Graduate recruitment campaigns, Denika has successfully managed a variety of Early Careers campaigns for a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on Financial Services and Technology. Her passion lies with creating equal access to career opportunities for a diverse range of students, educating her clients in how to best create stand-out and memorable experiences, putting them at the forefront of students’ minds. She has executed campaigns across all levels of Early Careers, from Apprenticeships to PHD-level Graduate programmes, in the EMEA and ANZ regions. Before Dartmouth, she was worked in both agency and in-house Early Careers teams, championing diversity and inclusion throughout her career, after developing a drive to help students take charge of their careers from her Bachelors in Education. Denika can likely be found planning her next trip in her free time, after recently returning from 20 months on the road in Asia and Oceania.
