Marie previously worked as a consultant within leading occupational psychology consultancies, working with a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors, delivering assessments as well as designing assessment exercises and psychometric tools. Her primary focus is on the rigorous and fair assessment of candidates, including the delivery of large-scale assessment projects and leading the development of our online assessment tools. She is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
