Konstantin is a Consultant at Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, is responsible for development of IT/Telecom and Heavy Industry practices in Ukraine. Besides that, Konstantin is in charge of business development and client relationship management across Central Asia and the Caucasus. Before joining Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, Konstantin worked as a Consultant at an international executive search company.

Konstantin has more than 15 years of professional experience within the Executive Search, Recruitment, and Consulting areas, including an extensive record of working as a Head of Recruitment for an international recruiting company in Almaty.

Konstantin holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Sociology from the Bar-Ilan University, Israel. Besides his native Russian and Ukrainian, he speaks fluent Hebrew and English.
