Alexander graduated from the Faculty of International Economics of Dnipro National University in 2000. His experience comprises 5 years in Banking and 14- years in Consumer& Retail with Procter&Gamble, working in Sales, Shopper and Customer marketing, Distributor operations and Key account management. Alexandr has also 15-year experience in people management, business development and project management, actively working as a business trainer. He has implemented many projects related to organizational improvement, business strategy development, new business units’ creation, development of motivation systems and KPIs, leadership development and career planning. His interests are personal and people development, and sport. Alexandr joined IRC Ukraine (GRC) to use his professional background, experience and well-established network to provide exceptional service for the clients and candidates. He leads business development, involved in the searches for top managers, business and career consulting.
