Cat is a Senior Associate with Ducatus Partners based in Houston. She joined the company as an Associate based in Aberdeen before spending a period of time working in Singapore, before to relocating to Houston in her current position. Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Cat spent several years with a boutique executive search business, joining initially as a Research Consultant. Here she worked on a variety of assignments across the energy value chain, including a number of large scale talent mapping assignments concentrated on succession planning. Cat holds a BA (Hons) degree in Management with Human Resources from Robert Gordon University.
