Tania Azad is a Partner at Bohill Partners, where she leads the origination and execution of executive search mandates, with a focus on private equity, credit, special situations and advisory clients. With over ten years of experience in real estate executive search, Tania has a number of repeat clients and has completed numerous team builds with blue chip firms, hiring from C-level through to Associate, spanning both equity and debt. With expertise across acquisitions, asset management, development, fundraising/investor relations, finance, in house legal and operations, Tania also leads our diversity and inclusion initiative and, in the last year, has placed six women, of multinational backgrounds, one into a leadership position and others into roles where they have been highlighted as future leaders.
