Having worked within the Scottish recruitment sector since 2000, Anita joined Eden Scott in 2019 to deliver into Residential Development, Renewable Energy and Specialist Sub-Contracting for both private and public sector projects. Over this period, she has successfully delivered bespoke recruitment solutions within both sectors for senior level appointments across Executive and functional levels, including Technical, Land & Planning, Commercial and Development Management. Anita is primarily focused on delivering business critical appointments and adopts a detailed and methodical approach, utilising market mapping, talent insights and headhunting techniques to deliver high calibre shortlists to her clients.
