After preparatory classes at the Lycée Militaire de Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole, Matthieu is now a graduate of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master of Business Administration at the IAE in Paris.

Matthieu has specialized in the direct approach and the recruitment of executives for more than 5 years. His previous experiences, notably within an international group established in Europe, America and Asia, have given him the habit of working in English-speaking contexts. He has carried out numerous research assignments by direct approach of French and international candidates on Middle and Top Management functions .
