Federica graduated in Management at Bocconi University with a major in Human Resource Management. During those years she had the chance to study at the University of California and to attend an exchange program at the Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She started her career in Michael Page where she was involved in the search & selection of Middle-top management profiles into Retail and Sales & Marketing functions for Fashion, Luxury and Design companies. She then moved to business consultancy sector joining Interbrand. The following years spent managing strategy projects for leading companies in Telco, Automotive, Higher-education and Fashion provided her with a deeper understanding of the dynamics of various industries. She then decided to follow her passion for human resources joining AIMS as Consultant in 2019. She’s involved in cross-industry selection projects, researching profiles with different kinds of expertise and levels of seniority.
