Maria Paula is a psychologist with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Univ. Mackenzie and an Executive Program from IMD. She has over 20 years of experience in People Management projects. She has collaborated with organizations in the design and implementation of solutions for organizational development and leadership aligned with strategy. Her experience includes Organizational Development and Leadership, Strategic Talent Management, Career and Succession (including Assessments and Executive Coaching), Strategic Performance Management, Facilitation for designing Organizational Purpose, Vision, and Mission, and Competency Model design. She also has significant experience in Human Resources, having held executive positions in HR in Financial Institutions, Technology, and Telecommunications. Before joining EXEC, Maria Paula worked in large consultancies such as EY, Korn Ferry, and as an executive at Banco Santander (Madrid) and Portugal Telecom. She is currently a partner at EXEC, specializing in Leadership Advisory.
