Prior to joining the JFP team, he worked for several years in an international direct search firm as CEO. His industry expertise extends extensively from retail, FMCG and consumer services to the B-to-B and industrial sectors. He has a wide range of expertise in disruptive industries. Prior to joining the direct search and consulting business, Jouko has more than 15 years of experience in the management team of a listed retail company. His wide range of responsibilities consisted of several countries of operation. He has worked successfully on strategic change projects, digitization, organizational planning, turnaround projects, and efficiency programs, with a particular focus on strategy and change implementation in challenging business environments. In addition to his management duties, he is an experienced member of the Board and is a member of the Human Resources Management Group - HENRY. Jouko has an eMBA degree and, alongside JFP's work, Jouko is preparing a dissertation on changes in business models.
