André Nolasco is a partner at Amrop INNITI and a member of the Energy, Infrastructure & Industry practices. Andre has more than 12 years of executive search experience and his client work focuses primarily on C-level and board search assignments across mining & metals, oil & gas, energy as well as EPC and industrial equipment and service companies serving these sectors.

He is also an entrepreneur and investor.

André began his career in executive search in 2008 having been responsible for managing the Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte offices of a major international specialized recruiting company. Prior to executive search, he worked in the construction sector managing real estate projects.

André has a degree in Civil Engineering from one of the most prestigious Engineering Universities in Brazil.
