Elizabeth Garzarelli is a Principal specializing in EdTech, SaaS, and digital media. She has 17 years of recruiting experience in the EdTech sector, spanning preK-12, higher education, and adult professional learning. Prior to her career in executive search, Elizabeth was an executive coach and psychotherapist in private practice for many years. She utilizes the same deep listening skills she cultivated as a counsellor in business settings. Elizabeth partners with clients and candidates to guide successful placements, aligning business strategies, cultural fit and long-term business requirements. She builds deep, “trusted advisor” relationships, with a keen appreciation for the unique requirements of each individual search. In her free time, she enjoy cooking, traveling, and crafting handmade paper. She and her husband co-own a small retreat center in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville, North Carolina.
