Jan Gunnar is a partner and senior advisor and has worked with Executive Search, organizational development and leadership and team development since 1986. His experience has been gained both as a line manager in larger organizations, as well as as a consultant and manager in international consulting organizations. He is one of the initiators behind the company. He currently has many of his clients in industry, banking/finance, aquaculture, renewable energy, high technology and the public and semi-public sector. He has extensive experience in assisting early-stage technology companies in building their organizations. Furthermore, Jan Gunnar has a background in operational management positions in the Air Force, internal consultant in organizational and leadership development, and as a major in the Ministry of Defense. Jan Gunnar's special expertise is in executive search and recruitment of top managers and leaders. He has previously held several key positions in international recruitment companies. Jan Gunnar also has extensive experience in board work and organizational development. He is educated at the Norwegian Air Force Academy, the Norwegian Air Force Staff School I, NHH – management and competence development, NTNU – Applied Social Psychology and Personnel Psychology, and consultancy training from ECS Stockholm.
