Working from the UK, she specialises in appointing emerging and senior leaders to marketing, commercial, product, tech, creative and operations roles. Kathryn is passionate about diversity of thought and solving complex talent challenges through cross-pollination of industries where suitable. Having graduated with a 1st class honours degree in Business Studies, Kathryn spent her early career within buying, before moving into search 5 years ago.
