Georgia Waddle is a consultant in Caldwell’s Consumer and Financial Services practices. Based in Chicago, she focuses on executive level search for senior leaders within commercial leadership functions for financial services, consumer, fintech and PE-backed clients. Experience Georgia joined Caldwell from Spencer Stuart where she was a member of the global industrial practice. She began her search career as an analyst with Egon Zehnder. Prior to starting her career in executive search, Georgia worked for a global Law Firm in research. Education Georgia is a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
