As an Executive Search Consultant for Blue Rock Search, Katie supports our Human Resources team in Knoxville. Before joining Blue Rock Search, Katie was a recruiter for M Force, a firm specializing in recruiting engineering, 3DCAD, manufacturing, and IT professionals. Blue Rock quickly recognized Katie’s determined and ambitious approach to supporting her clients as well as learning all she could about growing as a recruiter. Since joining the Blue Rock team, Katie has proven herself to be agile and flexible.
