Jennifer is an executive recruiter at Coleman & Company Executive Search with over 15 years of human resources experience in the financial services industry. She began her career at Smith Barney in New York City spending four years in employee relations and talent acquisition. She later joined Citibank’s recruiting team supporting the corporate affairs and global risk management divisions. Jennifer’s next role was with GE Capital in Stamford, Connecticut as a staffing and development manager where she strategically placed finance talent across twelve GE Capital businesses in North America and Europe. Jennifer is an experienced recruiter who excels in identifying candidates’ strengths and understanding clients’ needs. Recently she has been concentrating on searches within investment banking and private equity firms focused on renewable power infrastructure. Jennifer studied at Richmond College in London and earned her BA degree in psychology from the University of Rhode Island. Jennifer and her family enjoy hiking and biking and can often be found engaging in outdoor activities.
