Arrived from Friborg in Germany and after a Master's degree in LEA at Paris X, Caroline Schütz-Ferreira joined the Real Estate & Construction department of the firm Daniel Porte Consultants in 1988, which became TMP Worldwide then Hudson Global Resources. She first held the position of Research Officer specializing in international recruitment in connection with Germany before becoming a Senior Consultant from 2000.
