Sofia is a senior associate in True’s London office and a member of the Life Sciences practice. She is an experienced scientist with a passion for the biotech industry and innovative technologies. Before joining True, Sofia started her career in executive search for C-suite and executive hires internationally at a boutique firm specializing in the life sciences industry. She is equipped with a broad understanding of the biotech and pharma industry's leadership, managerial, commercial and operational aspects. Sofia holds a PhD in life sciences and previously worked as a postdoctoral scientist at Imperial College London exploring new vector control strategies to fight malaria disease. Sofia possesses exceptional analytical skills and the scientific depth of knowledge required to deliver excellent service to clients.
