He’s a highly experienced executive with a rich international background, having worked and resided in numerous countries during his career in human resources and executive leadership at multinational corporations. With over thirty years’ experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), he has contributed his skills to companies such as DSM, VION Food Group, Corbion, Croda, and Cargill. After his extensive tenure as a CHRO, he transitioned into the field of executive search. Bringing a wealth of experience in leadership, talent development, executive coaching, change management, and mergers and acquisitions, Johan is recognized as a trusted advisor and seasoned executive coach at the C-level. In addition to his specialization in human resources, Johan is a member of Stanton Chase’s Industrial sector, focusing on base and specialty chemicals, polymers, food, and food ingredients. Johan utilizes his INSEAD executive coaching certification to enhance his support for executives during onboarding, integration into the company, and coaching sessions.
