Ardavan joined Key Search after building up the Information Technology discipline for a large international recruitment firm in Amsterdam, successfully setting up their Data Science and Digital focus areas. His specialism has been working within the IT sector, working across the board with operational, leadership and C-level talents. He has a track-record placing candidates across E-commerce, FinTech, Product, Operations, working with leading companies in their respective industries. Some of the established companies he has worked with include G-star, New Balance, LeasePlan, Mizuho, and CRH. Ardavan has a Bachelors degree in Social Psychology from the University of Utrecht and is fluent in English, Dutch and Farsi.
