As an entrepreneur out of University of Rochester who co-founded and lead Business Development for a Manhattan-based tech start-up, Ryan is known for his understanding of early-stage strategic management and first-hand experience scaling human capital for rapid growth. Coupled with a unique background as a plumbers apprentice and HVAC installer, he offers a unique skill set for our white and blue collar clients, alike. Ryan works with over ten of Boston’s top performing start-ups as well as many GC’s and Subcontractors around the country. He focuses on IT, technical sales, licensed trades and construction management positions including, but not limited to: Project Management, Estimating, Pre-Sales/Sales Engineers, Outside Sales, Electrical and Mechanical Trades, IT Support and Management, Trade Specialists and Network Engineers.
