Barbara Volz is a Senior Principal Director of Principal Search Execution with Robert Half’s retained executive search service. She brings 15 years of executive search experience across a diverse range of industries, from finance, technology, and sales and marketing to healthcare, legal and human resources. With a broad depth of experience placing high-impact leaders with U.S. and internationally based businesses, Barbara brings an indispensable level of client and candidate service to Robert Half. Prior to working in executive search, Barbara worked as a campaign support director for a career management firm in Central Florida and has been an active member of her community, both as a volunteer and board member for prominent local organizations. Barbara is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in public administration.
