She has more than 19 years of experience in executive search and extensive knowledge of the life science and industrial & manufacturing sectors in Romania. Magda has completed numerous senior-level searches for diverse clients with a strong component of transformation. Prior to joining Amrop, Magda worked for the affiliate office of Korn/Ferry in Romania, as Knowledge Management Officer, taking part in several searches across all industries. Magda believes that for an executive search project to be carried out successfully there is a vital need to be highly knowledgeable in the client's area of activity, to be creative and to build excellent relationships with both individual and corporate clients. Magda holds an Executive Development Program Certificate from Stanford and IMD School of Business, a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Communication from the University of Bucharest, Romania.
