Vanessa is a senior associate in True’s People, Talent & Legal practice. Prior to joining True, she worked in educational leadership at the K-12 level. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in slavic languages and literature from Princeton University and a Masters of Business Administration from New York University. While at Princeton, Vanessa competed on the Division I varsity water polo team. A mother of two, Vanessa resides in Santa Barbara County and remains active by hiking the local mountain trails.
