Erinn joins Founders Keepers following a successful career in commercial leadership roles across a range of high-growth tech businesses. Moving from her native New York to London in 2011 to set up Buddy Media (acq. Salesforce 2012) in Europe, she subsequently held senior positions at Salesforce and Uber in London before focusing on revenue roles at earlier-stage SaaS ventures. Erinn brings deep knowledge and networks in the European tech ecosystem, and is passionate about helping clients find, assess and develop their leadership teams whilst navigating change. Having worked at large, public tech corporations as well as Seed-stage businesses (and everything in between), her transition to a career in search offers her an unprecedented opportunity to identify the most appropriate candidate for each stage of a company’s growth journey. Erinn holds a BBA with honours from Parsons School of Design in New York City, and an MBA with honours from Politecnico di Milano in Milan, Italy.
