Meet Tiffany, our newest Director at Key Search and one of our first U.S. hires. With over 15 years of experience in RPO, in-house recruiting and Executive Search, she’s worked with Fortune 100 & 500 companies and fast-growing start-ups alike. Recently, she joined a Chicago-based tech recruiting firm, where she dove deeper into the VC space and helped scale teams to take their businesses to the next level. Some of the most well-known companies she has worked for are Honeywell, U.S. Cellular, UPS, BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), Chicago Public Media, and Okta, where she has placed candidates in all functional areas. Tiffany is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunity and has a proven track record of making the perfect match for both clients and candidates. She loves to work across different roles and industries to continue learning and growing. Her innate ability to connect with others and understand their business from the outset of any search has made her an invaluable asset to any organization’s growth plan. Plus, with a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University, she’s got the knowledge to back up her skills.
