Having started recruitment in 2013, I have established teams at previous firms, and drawing on Cobalt’s longstanding success in Planning, I endeavour to build successful teams for clients across the markets I focus on - Residential Development and Town Planning (including Land, Development and Strategic Land). Over the years I have recruited into and continue to work with housebuilders, developers and consultancies – working with and headhunting Land Buyers / Agents, Development Managers / Surveyors and Town Planners, from Graduate up to Senior Director across sectors, particularly in the Residential world. I give honest, knowledgeable and consultative advice to both clients and candidates – which can often prove invaluable when developing a team or career.
