Biography
Henrik Elsig Andersen is a consultant in Heidrick & Struggles’ Copenhagen office, working exclusively with leadership assessment, coaching, and leadership development training in both the private and the public sector.
Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Henrik worked as a partner at Amrop, where he was responsible for the establishment of the Amrop leadership services concept. He led Amrop’s leadership services practice group and was a member of Amrop’s global board. Previously, Henrik was managing director for Momentum Consulting, a consulting company operating in close cooperation with Amrop within leadership assessment and coaching.
Henrik was also the executive director at Cubiks and PA Consulting, with responsibility for activities across the Nordic region. In this role, he was member of the company’s board and the global management team, with overall responsibility for the concept of leadership assessment and development. Earlier in his career, he served as a business psychologist in the Danish Defence and a senior consultant at another global consultancy company.
Henrik has more than 20 years of experience in leadership assessment and development, which includes advising, coaching, and training hundreds of managers in Denmark and around the world.
