Oliver is a principal with 10+ years of consulting and global executive search experience specializing in the financial services markets. At Acertitude, Oliver leads executive searches for corporate officers to help both listed and private equity backed companies unleash their ambitions for restructuring, growth, and digital transformation. Based between London and New York, he builds global talent pools working across both Europe and the U.S. Oliver has an impressive track-record recruiting in financial services, business and professional services, together with consumer. Most recently, he spent 5 years as a consultant in Russell Reynolds Associates’ Corporate Officers practice and was at a specialist financial services executive search firm before that. Oliver first launched his career as an associate at a US law firm, based in the London office. He earned a master’s in literature from Trinity College Dublin. Oliver lives in London, though he frequently gets away to the countryside on weekends. He likes to stay active, with running, cycling, tennis, and the gym all on the rotation. On a Sunday afternoon, you can find him visiting friends and family near and far. He also dedicates time to serve on the Board of KidsCount, a charity working to tackle the hard-hitting issues that affect young people today.
