Bob Chapman is an associate who recruits across multiple practices at Charles Aris Executive Search. Prior to joining the executive search firm, Bob spent 15 years as a police officer for the City of Greensboro. Most recently he served as a corporal in the Patrol Bureau and spent almost 10 years working on the night shift. Bob managed departmental assets, both people and equipment; handled critical incidents; and developed a cohesive team of officers ready to answer the call for service. Before joining the ranks of the Greensboro Police Department, Bob helped people realize their health and wellness goals as a Certified Personal Trainer. Bob earned his bachelor’s degree in speech communications at Wake Forest University, where he was a member of the Sigma Pi Fraternity. When Bob isn’t getting beaten by his son at video games, he likes to lift weights, hike, and run Spartan races.
