Ilonka van Dijk has over 25 years of experience in the broad field of HR. She started her career in the temporary employment sector where she was manager of a branch with 17 intermediaries. After that, she fulfilled roles at Deloitte and later UPD as (Senior) HR advisor, talent manager and manager recruitment & employer Branding. Ilonka also worked for a while as an independent career coach for various clients. In this way, she gained broad experience in the HR field. As a consultant at Bureau Blaauw, she focuses on the mediation of senior HR positions, generalists and specialists.
