Before joining AIMS in 2009 Wolf has worked with one of the oldest German Executive-Search-Companies focusing on Financial Services, Real Estate, Health Care and non-profit organisations and was heading their Health Care Division since 2006. At the University of Cologne he graduated as MBA with focus on HR Management, Organizational Behaviour and Law. Since 2009 Wolf is serving clients in extremely competitive markets with very limited candidate potential – bringing people together in 90+% of his cases.
