As an Associate Consultant, Amber Kaska aspires to help business professionals reach their fullest potential by connecting them with life-changing opportunities. Her passion for people and drive to learn the ins-and-outs of the business position her to be a dynamic player in the Executive Search space. Before joining the Morgan Samuels team, Amber worked as a lead Corporate Recruiter for a rapidly growing Healthcare Staffing Firm where she hired internal employees for eight offices along the East Coast. Her well-rounded experience includes hiring for roles in Application Development, Finance, Sales, and Human Resources, enabling her to connect easily with Executives across many industries. Amber graduated from West Virginia University, summa cum laude, with a BS in Economics and minor in Law and Legal studies from the Honors College. Additionally, she was an ambassador for the college, recruiting exceptional high school seniors to the school’s competitive program. Outside of work, Amber enjoys trying and experiencing new things. During college, she studied comparative politics abroad in Europe, visiting all seven European Union institutions. That experience has fueled her interest in travel and cultures from around the globe. Amber is also passionate about nature and loves to spend time outdoors taking hikes with her boyfriend and adorable border collie, Maverick.
