I'm Christoph Andris, founder and managing director of Andris Consulting GmbH. I founded the company seven years ago, after spending several years building the life sciences business of a large international recruiting firm. As a business graduate, I was immediately fascinated by the high complexity and unique market mechanisms of the pharmaceutical industry. As a member of Pharma Deutschland, I'm in the thick of it. The industry faces many challenges and problems—and I can solve at least one of them: recruiting top performers who fit the respective company environment. In addition to the professional challenges, I set myself sporting goals on the bike, play guitar in a band and I volunteer to help young people get into the job market.
