Nick specialises in recruitment within reward, HRIS, HR analytics and global mobility. His focus is on mid to senior roles including Reward Analysts, Compensation and Benefits Managers and HR Data and Reward Managers. He began his recruitment career in finance before specialising and leading a team of Payroll and Benefits recruiters. This exposed him to the Reward profession, leading him to further specialise in this field. He prides himself on being an expert in Reward, regularly hosting events and producing market insights, all of which allows him to provide his clients and candidates with a consultative approach. Nick is passionate about people and believes in building strong client and candidate relationships. He’s an advocate for being honest, transparent and committed to everyone he works with. Outside of recruitment, Nick loves the outdoors and extreme sports. He is an avid surfer and wakeboarder, and regularly goes mountain biking, camping and stand up paddle boarding. He also enjoys the gym and has completed trial marathons and a triathlon; his goal is to one day complete an iron man!
