Kathryn leads Dartmouth’s Credit team having joined in 2013 to set up the function.

She partners with clients ranging from leveraged finance groups, debt and restructuring advisors, to public and private credit investors helping grow or set up their teams, providing industry insights and expertise throughout the process.

Kathryn also spearheads Dartmouth’s social mobility programme. In 2021, she launched the Dartmouth Academy, a division of the business that facilitates engagement between companies and their future talent pool by running work experience programmes with a professional standard assessment process. She partners with schools that have a high level of deprivation amongst their students to offer career insights and provide an alternative source of support to guide them through their career decisions whilst still in education.

Kathryn’s recruitment career began in 2006, working for a global recruitment firm before joining Dartmouth.
