Joseph Waddington is a partner in Marcum’s Philadelphia office and a member of the Firm’s Tax & Business Services division. Mr. Waddington has over 29 years of diversified experience in the accounting and tax field. He is responsible for managing companies and nonprofit organizations across a variety of industries. Mr. Waddington provides services to individual clients including tax planning/compliance and personal financing planning, most notably with estate and retirement planning, college funding and investment cash management. Additionally, he has handled civil litigation matters including internal investigations, shareholder disputes, collection action and tax examinations (federal, state and local). This unique experience and expertise gives Mr. Waddington a rare perspective, allowing him to provide practical and timely solutions to highly complex tax issues.
