I joined Frazer Jones in November 2018 and support our Media, Technology, Retail, Luxury, Consumer Goods and Manufacturing clients at a national level on mid to senior level HR search. These searches range from Generalists to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HR systems, L&D, and Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Relations. I have worked in Talent Acquisition for 13 years and prior to joining Frazer Jones recruited across HR, Finance and Technology, based from both in Dallas and then New York. I have also worked incorporate Talent Acquisition working for the likes of Bed, Bath & Beyond and Northwestern Mutual. A key strength of mine is developing strong relationships with my candidates and clients I work with. Taking the time to understand the needs of the business and cultural nuances to ensure the placement is successful.
