Erin Harris is a consultant and a member of the Venture Capital & Private Equity Practice at Caldwell. With more than 18 years of executive search and corporate recruiting experience, Erin focuses on recruiting chief and senior executives for companies across multiple industries and functions, with an emphasis on high-growth technology companies within the venture capital domain. Her extensive research background gives her an edge in finding unique resources to uncover and recruit top talent. She is passionate about understanding and evaluating the underlying businesses and industries for each of her clients. Experience Erin rejoins Caldwell after spending over three years with Expedia Group managing the global executive search research function. She and her team focused on the execution and delivery of global executive search support across all businesses and functions including but not limited to HR, technology, product, marketing and others. Previously, Erin worked in corporate recruiting as a recruiter for indeed.com and as a recruiting associate for Austin Ventures. She began her search career as a recruiter at Hudson, where she successfully completed numerous senior-level executive search assignments locally and internationally for across various industries including: manufacturing, insurance, mining, retail and consulting services. Prior to, she was a staffing analyst at KPMG, and held a number of roles in management and human resources in the retail industry. Education Erin holds a Bachelor of Science from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
