Mr. Yin works across Board of Directors, Remuneration Committee, CEO and senior executive pay matters. He has also led large-scale public and private transactions across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Yin was a partner at a global consulting firm where he led the executive pay and rewards business for Australasia and was a member of the global executive reward leadership team. Mr. Yin has significant prior financial services experience as an investment banker and private banker and professional services experience as a tax lawyer. He holds a practising certificate as an Australian Legal Practitioner. Mr. Yin holds a master's degree in business administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) and a double degree in economics and laws from the University of Sydney.
