Alexandre Doire is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Industrial practice and leads the firm’s metals and mining efforts in Canada. He works extensively with industrial companies across many sectors, including pulp and paper, construction, building materials as well as related business-to-business services. An accomplished search consultant, Alexandre's has extensive experience recruiting senior executives in Canada and globally. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Alexandre spent several years with another international executive search firm and led projects across a broad range of companies within the Montreal market, including metals and mining, industrial, consumer, retail and financial services. Throughout his career, Alexandre has served large public companies, crown corporations and a number of private equity-backed companies across industries. Highly involved in the community, Alexandre previously served as president of the Montreal Junior Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the board of directors of the Université de Montréal Alumni Association. In 2012, he was selected to participate in the prestigious Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference. Alexandre holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in philosophy from the Université de Montréal. He speaks French and English.
