For over ten years in executive search, I have been supporting companies and institutions in the healthcare industry, including startups, in filling positions at the top management level. In view of the change in the entire sector and the resulting challenges for service providers , manufacturers and payers, it is important to keep the big picture in mind: the company / institution and the respective context.

At GET AHEAD Executive Search, I am responsible for the Life Science & Healthcare sectors and their strategic development. As a member of the Friisberg Group's global “Life Sciences” practice group, I have an excellent overview of global trends and developments. Before moving to GET AHEAD, I worked for various renowned international consulting firms. I studied sociology at the University of Hamburg with a focus on economics.
