Todd joins Sudduth Search as Managing Director with over 25 years of executive search experience and management know-how.  As a Managing Director, Todd is responsible for client facing communication, setting search strategy, and creating a tailored approach that helps client find the perfect candidate match. Todd has overseen programs across numerous industries—from IT software and services and engineering to manufacturing and strategy consulting to fintech and healthcare—for which he developed, implemented and maintained recruiting tactics.  Such work was often on behalf of organizations in flux, which is well aligned with Sudduth Search’s focus on transformational leadership. It is also worth noting that Todd stepped away from recruiting for about five years to work as an IT staffing consultant and staffing operations executive, an experience which affords him an intimate understanding of technical searches today.  He thinks like a consultant and has a keen sense for implementing operational efficiencies that reduce costs and maximize productivity and client satisfaction. Todd has lived in Houston for nearly 30 years with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Olivia and Mitchell.  They enjoy spending time with family and friends—most notably, while traveling to new destinations.  He studied at the University of Oklahoma.
