Biography
Mr. Farrugia is a skilled facilitator who specializes in diversity, equity and inclusion and leadership development. Mr. Farrugia is an experienced coach for The Inclusive Leader Assessment, KF360, Korn Ferry Four Dimensions of Leadership and Talent (KF4D), viaEDGE, Leadership Styles and Climate, the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), and Korn Ferry Assessment for Leadership Potential (KFALP) feedback sessions. Mr. Farrugia also delivers Korn Ferry's simulation-based assessments. Mr. Farrugia is an experienced diversity, equity and inclusion and leadership development practitioner supporting clients to develop strategies and implement systematic or targeted interventions to achieve business results. His additional expertise includes assessments and coaching, facilitation, instructional design, root cause analysis, engagement management, leadership and organizational development consulting, and web-based learning design and implementation.
