Forever frustrated with the poor technical abilities of candidates sent by sales based recruitment businesses, Nathan could see a big opportunity to do Accounting & finance recruitment better. Rather than being sprayed with CVs from sales people who had no underlying understanding of the accounting roles in which they were tasked to fill, he setup a recruitment business where the consultants are experts in their field first and recruiters second.
