One of the biggest changes we’ve seen at M&A Executive Search over the last two decades in the workforce is the “path” to C-Suite, executive roles. It used to be that workers would spend 20+ years with the same company, slowly working their way up the ladder until they were one of the longest-tenured employees and felt they were owed their due.
