Handler was founded in 1977 by Bill Handler. Bill spent 16 years in corporate life culminating as Vice President-Human Resources and Administration of a Fortune 500 company. As a VP of a Fortune 500 company, Bill engaged a number of searches in his corporate career. He identified a void in the industry which he set out to fill when he established Handler in 1977. In 2008, Bill stepped down from the firm, but his son, Eric Handler, leads the team today with the same commitment to innovation, client service and the pursuit of excellence.
