EGoing that extra mile is also the cornerstone of our organizational structure. We like sharing our best practices among Partners, multidisciplinarity in our approach to executive search, and having a customized approach in the construction of advisory solutions, which are designed together with our clients. We were born in 1969, in Turin and Milan. In the same year, we founded our network with our European Partners: ECI Group. We have grown alongside Italian companies, and with them, we approached the international market. We remain hunters, but we are also thinking heads: Heads & Hunters.
